Job Title: Housekeeping and Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping and Guest Services Manager to oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of our hotel.

This is a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable experience during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and laundry personnel; set performance standards and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies, including cleaning products and linens, ensuring we maintain optimal levels for efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement effective budget management strategies, monitoring expenses and taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a strong focus on maintaining high productivity and quality.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively, with a customer-centric approach.
