About the Role

  • The Sydney Harbour location boasts breathtaking vistas of Sydney Harbour, the Opera House, and the Harbour Bridge, offering cozy and economical lodging to groups and solo travellers worldwide.
  • We are seeking a casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team on a casual basis, assisting in ensuring the Cafe runs smoothly by taking orders, preparing coffee, food, and drinks, operating a point-of-sale terminal, EFTPOS machine, and maintaining service areas to food safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Demonstrated experience as a barista within a fast-paced, premium establishment (min 2 years)
  • High volume experience with the ability to work on multiple orders at once, excellent time management skills, and staying calm under pressure
  • Good cash handling and multi-tasking skills, responsible Service of Alcohol Certification, outgoing personality, genuine interest in day-to-day operations, exceptional presentation, and grooming
  • Flexible availability 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays
