The Scots College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of Coaching Performance. This role is responsible for collaborating with leadership and coaches to design and oversee a coaching curriculum across all campuses, recruit and hire staff, and develop professional development and performance review frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership and coaches to design and implement a coaching curriculum that aligns with the College's values and mission.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of coaches to support the delivery of the coaching curriculum.
  • Develop and implement professional development and performance review frameworks to ensure coaches are equipped to deliver high-quality coaching services.
  • Ensure coaches align with College values, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee team selection policies and procedures to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Conduct coaching workshops and training sessions to support coach development.
  • Manage resources to support the College's mission and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Education Degree or equivalent.
  • Master of Educational Leadership or significant experience in leading whole school initiatives to improve student outcomes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of school improvement through data analysis.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work within tight timeframes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in school organisation policy and procedures.
  • Commitment to nurturing positive relationships between students, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Valid working with children check.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
