Customer Growth and Retention SpecialistWe're seeking a skilled professional to drive customer growth and retention initiatives across APAC. As a Customer Growth and Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing advanced marketing automation tools, customer engagement platforms, and AI capabilities.This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, campaign management, technology implementation, and customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that accelerate customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and maximize lifetime value.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms - working with marketing, tech, and product management teams to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution which solves a larger business problem.- Define and execute tactical and strategic plans towards achieving the program vision and goals through efficient program, operations, and stakeholder management.- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for new technology adoption and process improvement initiatives.- Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, technology, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.Candidate Requirements:- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLAcknowledgement of Country:In the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community.
