About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team/Room Leader to join our team at Ngala Early Learning Joondalup. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality child-focused care to children aged 0-6 years.

As a Team/Room Leader, you will work closely with our Early Childhood Educators to ensure that every child receives individualized attention and support. You will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and leading by example, while also contributing to the development of our Early Childhood Curriculum.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about children's learning and development, and who can bring out the best in others. If you have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and experience supporting the development and learning of children 0-6 years old, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor Early Childhood Educators to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Contribute to the development of our Early Childhood Curriculum
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
