Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire learning and development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels excited to learn and grow.
- Build strong connections with children and their families, supporting their educational journey every step of the way.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to plan and coordinate engaging lessons and activities.
- Monitor and track each child's progress, offering feedback and support where needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Hands-on experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- A strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A true team player with a passion for working with young children.
- Valid WA Working with Children's Check.
- National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
- A competitive hourly rate of $28.15 to $32.41, depending on qualifications and experience.
- 50% discount on childcare fees.
- 5 weeks of annual leave each year.
