Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact between management, clients, and payment gateways, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Transaction Processing: Process client transactions, including funding and withdrawals, with precision and accuracy, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Financial Reporting: Generate and support month-end financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing valuable insights to management.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly transaction fees and maintain accurate financial records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with finance teams across different locations to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Compliance: Monitor daily balances to ensure strict regulatory compliance, and report any errors, risk events, or non-compliance issues to management immediately.
- Experience: Proven experience in a busy broker environment, with exposure to settlements and reconciliation processes.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, accountable, and reliable, with a strong aptitude for learning quickly and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Education: Qualifications in Finance or Business are advantageous but not required.
