Full-Time Store Associate Opportunity

The role of a Store Consultant is a vital part of our business, working closely with customers to ensure a seamless service is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver exceptional customer experiences by supporting customers in making informed storage decisions.
  • To conduct centre tours and walk-throughs that showcase our facilities.
  • To maintain high standards of centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • To ensure a safe and secure environment by adhering to workplace health and safety procedures.
  • To perform general administrative duties such as customer contracts, inventory management, and insurance claims.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Customer service experience in a sales environment (desired).
  • The ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
  • Willingsness to learn and grow with the company.
  • A current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
