Senior Executive Leader for National Communications, Engagement and Education

We are seeking a highly accomplished senior executive to lead our national communications, engagement and education functions.


This critical role will shape and deliver strategies that build awareness of participant rights, strengthen provider capability, and enhance our reputation as a trusted regulator.


The successful candidate will have extensive senior executive experience in communications, engagement and/or education, ideally in a regulatory, disability or human rights context.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading national communications, media, campaigns and engagement strategies with a focus on achieving measurable communication outcomes.
  • Overseeing educational resources explaining obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all communications are inclusive and accessible.
  • Identifying and delivering new digital opportunities and platforms to strengthen our communications and engagement approaches.
