Job Summary

Sales & Warehouse Expertise Required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service for all customers in store and warehouse settings.
  • Maintain accurate stock movements and inventory levels.
  • Provide efficient loading and unloading services for customers using forklifts or manual methods as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with product labeling, documentation, and presentation standards.
  • Manage warehouse operations including order picking, inventory management, and general upkeep.
Key Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong customer connections.
  • Ability to learn about products and services offered by the company.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills to resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Confidence and professionalism when interacting with customers.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with high productivity demands.
  • Capacity to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
  • Forklift license is desirable or willingness to obtain one.
