Senior Asset Servicing Risk Advisor

This is a pivotal role within the Control team, where you will be instrumental in executing control best practices and advising on risk mitigations and control enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced controls and operational effectiveness initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Units to ensure adherence to the control framework and maintain high standards of control processes.
- Support key Control programs such as RCSA, Audit Remediation, ASL, ATP Standards, etc.
- Perform periodic reviews of specific policies and ensure procedures are in place, adhering to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze incidents and operational losses, identifying trends and root causes through thorough analysis.
About You:
- A professional with extensive business experience, possessing multi-disciplinary functional expertise with a focus on proactive activities within the Global Control group.
- Demonstrated experience of 5 or more years in operational risk and/or compliance in the financial services sector.
- Experience in asset servicing and/or banking, with a solid understanding of custody and fund services products, markets, and client base.
- The ability to systematically assess and challenge existing processes in a structured manner, demonstrated by knowledge of risk management techniques and awareness of control activities.
