Occupational Therapist in Paediatric Settings

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at ORS Group, specializing in paediatric settings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients with various diagnoses and disability types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to children and adolescents in diverse settings, including family homes, schools, and community spaces.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, supporting their personal growth and celebrating their achievements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans that promote optimal outcomes.
- Pursue ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in paediatric occupational therapy.
What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
- 1-3 years of experience in paediatric or disability-related settings (previous experience as an OT is highly regarded).
- A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children and families.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional boundaries.
