**Warehouse Operations Manager Position Summary:**

The successful candidate will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of clinical related products and temperature controlled shipments.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing warehouse operations in compliance with company policies, GDP, and safety requirements.
  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, packing, and maintenance operations.
  • Implementing and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in accordance to company policy.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and transport companies as necessary.
  • Collaborating within the branch network nationally and internationally to provide quality service to clients.
  • Ensuring accurate, complete, and timely information is updated in systems.
  • Leading, orienting, coaching, and motivating employees.

**Requirements for Success Include:**

  • Proven work experience leading a Warehouse/Distribution operation.
  • Experience with airfreight operations, import/export operations, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of IATA regulations, including Transportation of Dangerous Goods (if applicable).
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Leadership skills and ability to effectively manage staff.
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
