Job Description

This is a full-time position located at a holiday park. The purpose of the role is to assist in supervision of staff and ensuring delivery of excellent guest experience.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in front office/reception settings, customer service, food handling, housekeeping, administration, and cash handling.

To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to work productively, deliver an excellent guest experience, strong communication skills, and manage time to meet priorities.

You will also be required to lead others, provide flexible availability, and utilise computer systems proficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service including liaising with guests face-to-face and via telephone for bookings and enquiries, handling complaints by staff or guests.
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions including reconciliation and banking of monies.
  • Assist with guest reservations, cancellations, arrivals, and departures.
