McKay Drilling, a leading drilling company in Western Australia, is seeking an experienced RC Driller to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to work on various projects across exploration and mine site-based sites.
Key Responsibilities- We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the terms of the drilling program and the ability to liaise with supervisors to ensure successful completion.
- The successful candidate will have experience managing single rig operations and consistently applying exceptional drilling practices and techniques.
- Effective communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with crew members, supervisory teams, and clients.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring personal compliance with Company WHS regulations and site-specific rules.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a RC Driller is required.
- Certificate III in Drilling Operations is mandatory.
- Senior First Aid, HR Driver's Licence, and National Police Clearance are also essential requirements.
- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a FIFO role on a 2&1 or 2&2 roster ex Perth. You will be working 12-hour days within a small team in remote locations, so applicants must be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical check and regular drug and alcohol screening.
