We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Trainer to join our team at Epiroc. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on Epiroc surface drills to internal and external customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on activities.
  • Conduct training sessions in a classroom setting and on-site, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving the training programs based on results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on product developments and incorporate them into training materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience operating and maintaining Epiroc surface drills in mining or construction industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Epiroc surface drills, their functions, and maintenance requirements.
  • Experience in delivering technical training programs, preferably within the mining or heavy machinery industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt training content to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using tools such as PowerPoint.
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or in the process of obtaining qualification.
