We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic professionals to fill the role of Seasonal Retail Consultant.

Role Overview

As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for welcoming customers into our store environment and enhancing their overall shopping experience. You will also be required to support your colleagues in meeting customer needs, processing sales, and maintaining stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience.
  • Support colleagues in meeting customer needs and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a strong desire to learn.
  • No prior retail experience necessary, but ideally you will have some experience in a customer-facing role or environment.
  • Able to commit to flexible working hours during peak periods.
