About the Role

DroneShield Limited is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a valued member of our autonomous, cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to design print and digital assets within the defence space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual communications strategies to support the company's marketing efforts
  • Design and create high-quality print and digital collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media content, user manuals, and technical training materials
  • Maintain the company website, schedule social media posts, and manage press releases
  • Collaborate with the Digital Design Lead to ensure consistency and quality in all visual communications
  • Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand and messaging
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design in a tech or defence field
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
  • High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience designing presentations in PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
  • Skilled in copywriting and proofreading
  • Experience using website editing tools and social media marketing tools, such as Hootsuite and Mailchimp
  • Experience using SolidWorks Composer
