Rigging Supervisor Role

Lead the project from a strategic perspective.

We are seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all rigging activities for our projects.

About this role:
  • Coordinate and supervise rigging operations across multiple sites and projects
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, registers, and site-wide lifting gear
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and review Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses
  • Supervise and train rigging personnel to ensure high standards are met
  • Liaise with suppliers for maintenance and repair of lifting equipment
  • Audit rigging gear condition, storage, and spares
  • Contribute to the development of rigging procedures and standards
About you:
  • Advanced Rigging Certification
  • Certificate III in Frontline Supervision or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
