We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst who possesses:
- Postgraduate qualifications in IT, business, or a related field, or demonstrate significant progress towards such qualifications, coupled with extensive relevant experience.
- Significant hands-on experience with Oracle People Soft Campus Solutions applications.
- Substantial experience in business analysis and requirements gathering across ERP platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct analysis, produce solution designs, and prioritize delivery in alignment with agreed service expectations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the capacity to conceptualize, establish, and implement new initiatives and innovative solutions.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and precise user and functional specifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective mentoring, functional leadership, and communication with diverse stakeholders.
