About This Role

This is a senior leadership position for an Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice in the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IAM strategy, building trusted client relationships, and delivering high-quality IAM services to clients.

The role requires strong technical expertise in IAM products and capabilities, as well as excellent communication and consulting skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive IAM strategy
  • Building trusted client relationships
  • Delivering high-quality IAM services to clients
  • Collaborating with other lines of service to maintain and support new and leading IAM propositions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A working knowledge of core IAM products and capabilities, such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and others
  • Experience of delivering complex IAM engagements and projects, ideally covering all stages from strategy, design, and implementation
  • A strong ability to develop a rapport with customer stakeholders across all levels and engender long-lasting trusted relationships
  • Strong business, consultancy, and technical skills
  • Experience with HR processes and systems, including authoritative source integration based on WorkDay, SuccessFactors, Beeline, etc.
