Substantial growth in their custom homes division has led to the requirement for an experienced administrator to join their high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-site administration, including applying for building permits.
- Maintaining onsite customer service relationships by creating and maintaining client files with relevant contract and associated documentation.
- Arranging contract appointments and variation appointments with clients.
- Assisting clients with colour selections and product re-selections when required.
- Onsite liaison, providing client updates on a regular basis during construction.
- Updating clients on post-construction items and works when required.
- Liaising with various internal departments, including estimating and drafting teams, to clarify progress or issues raised by clients and other departments.
- Other relevant administrative duties.
- Experience working for a volume residential builder is essential.
- Experience with custom builds is preferred.
- Good understanding of various stages of the construction process.
- Good understanding of building regulations, codes, and architectural plans.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and deal with a variety of activities.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Onsite Companion software experience is preferred.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to be hands-on and a can-do attitude.
- A team player.
