We are seeking an experienced Primary Health Care Professional to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care to Aboriginal communities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Chronic Disease Management: Provide comprehensive management of chronic diseases, including diabetes and heart disease, to patients in the community.
  • Health Checks: Conduct routine health checks to identify and manage preventable conditions.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
  • RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship.
  • Commitment to integrating Aboriginal values in practice.
  • Recent emergency training certification.
  • Willingness to work in remote areas and adapt to changing circumstances.
