
Data Analyst and Engineer Hybrid

As a Data Analyst and Engineer hybrid, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end data process, including acquiring data from source systems, transforming it to meet business needs, and visualising and analysing data to provide actionable insights that enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support data integration and analytics needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver impactful insights.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and documentation to support data governance and quality initiatives.
- Optimise data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain robust data security standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues and queries.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred, and relevant certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer are highly valued.
- Experience with Azure tech stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Logic Apps) is required.
- Proficiency in Power BI, GIT, and Python is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business objectives into technical analysis are crucial.
- Good business acuity and experience working across the organisation to analyse and improve business operations are desired.
