As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive work environment.To succeed here, you should ideally have:

  • Management / Leadership experience
  • The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Skills in training, driving sales, and achieving results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
