Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Accounts Payable Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that handles accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

About this Role:

  • Promote a culture of high-quality service delivery within the AP function
  • Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and management teams
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment processing and supplier relationships

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing the entire accounts payable lifecycle, from invoice receipt to payment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and issues
  • Providing expertise on financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
