Job Description

As a senior manager in early learning, you will lead and develop your own centre, guiding the next generation of educators. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate your career, refine your leadership skills, and drive a thriving business.

Key responsibilities include delivering our bespoke learning program, building and encouraging a talented team of early learning professionals, and working with your team to plan for the future of your centre.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
