Customer Service Reviewer

We are seeking diligent individuals to participate in retail outlet surveys. As a Customer Service Reviewer, your role involves visiting stores and posing as a customer to gather detailed insights on store presentation, service quality, selling skills, cleanliness, and more.


This assignment requires a keen eye for detail and a reliable memory, as well as excellent communication skills and internet access. You will be tasked with completing online surveys about your experience, which may take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour to complete.


Your level of involvement depends on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability. This opportunity allows you to provide valuable feedback to clients and contribute to their understanding of customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities
