Health and Safety Project Support Specialist

As a key member of the Health & Safety Team, you will provide high-level administrative and project support to ensure seamless operations.
The role involves calendar management for the General Manager Health & Safety, coordination of meetings, travel, and events, producing project documentation and maintaining records, collating and formatting data for reporting and presentation purposes, assisting in managing WHS communication channels, raising purchase orders and processing invoices, supporting consultation and communication activities, and onboarding new team members.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Supporting the rollout of consultation and communication activities

Requirements:
- Administrative experience with an interest in Health & Safety
- Project support skills and knowledge
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
