Project Coordination Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring timely performance and compliance with company and customer requirements.
This position reports to the Operations Manager and involves:
- Managing project administration tasks
- Liaising with external partners for security/access requirements
- Managing project registers, schedules, document control and variations
- Monitoring project progress, addressing potential issues, and controlling quality metrics
- Preparing and maintaining project email accounts and subsequent folders on the network drive
- Collecting and analyzing project data
- Reporting on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
- Receipt and Invoice Goods
- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Able to gain Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen)
- Minimum Diploma in Business Office Administration and/or relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role
- Practical experience and knowledge of the type of work that is reported on
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks/projects
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels, both internally and externally
- Advanced knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven high-quality output
- Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Health and safety construction (White Card)
- Proficient user of ERP systems
