Job Title: Teacher - Electrical

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Teacher to deliver high-quality education and training to our students. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of teaching and assessment programs that meet industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing, developing and implementing effective teaching and learning strategies to achieve student outcomes;
  2. Leading and managing teaching teams to ensure quality and consistency in teaching and assessment;
  3. Participating in professional learning activities to maintain currency and enhance skills and knowledge;
  4. Conducting ongoing assessment and evaluation of student progress and performance;
  5. Contributing to curriculum development and review processes to ensure relevance and effectiveness;
  6. Providing guidance and support to students, including those with special needs, to ensure their success and well-being;
  7. Maintaining accurate records and reports on student progress and performance;

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed;
  • A strong understanding of national training packages and accredited courses;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment;
