**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Rooms Operations Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction.

  • Manage the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments.
  • Lead a high-performing team and develop their skills to meet or exceed property goals.
  • Strive for continual improvement of guest and employee satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Verify that goals are being translated to the team as they relate to guest tracking and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
  3. Manage and monitor activities that affect the guest experience.
  4. Monitor compliance with standards and procedures.
  5. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration, and 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
