About the role
As a member of our Trade Counter team, you will provide excellent customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Providing product information and quotes to customers
- Picking and packing orders, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a tidy and safe working environment
- Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
