Job Description

The Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific plays a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of our regional operations. This leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, with a focus on expanding our customer base and enhancing their experience.

The primary objective for this position is to own and execute the vision, strategy, and plan for achieving market leadership in the region. The leadership team will comprise leaders responsible for Sales, Marketing, Analytics, HR, Finance, Strategy, Product, and Customer Success. Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proven track record in commercial and general management roles
  2. Experience leading leaders and working in complex matrix environments
  3. Experience selling and marketing to consumers, small businesses, or mid-market businesses
  4. Extensive experience in launching offerings in new markets and scaling a business
  5. Background in customer insight, multi-channel marketing, and sales
  6. Demonstrated strength in building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams
  7. High tolerance for ambiguity and embracing challenges
  8. A strategic thinker with a data-backed vision, grit, and determination

  1. Define and execute a vision for Intuit in the Asia Pacific region to drive growth and empowerment
  2. Create a durable vision and plan to achieve market leadership in Asia Pacific
  3. Own and execute the 3-year commercial growth plan to scale across all products and customer segments in Asia Pacific
  4. Champion the needs of the Asia Pacific business concerning product and platform investments
  5. Create a best-in-class Asia Pacific organization with excellent execution
  6. Contribute as a member of the International Leadership Team to solve product and go-to-market issues across our international business
