Job Description

As a Lead Healthcare Professional, you will oversee the delivery of care services, ensuring they meet safety, effectiveness, and regulatory standards. You will lead, mentor, and support the nursing team, develop and review individualised care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and address changes in resident needs promptly.

You will participate in quality assurance activities, conduct audits, and implement improvements to maintain high care standards. Additionally, you will ensure accurate and timely documentation of care plans, incidents, and resident records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills; ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Knowledge and experience of aged care accreditation, regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Compassionate, proactive, and committed to high-quality resident care
