**Job Overview:**

An opportunity exists for a detail-oriented Buyer to join the team and grow the product line. Working full-time from the office, this person will be responsible for designing and implementing buying strategies and product lifecycles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sourcing products across local suppliers
  • Developing and executing product lifecycles
  • Collaborating with Marketing on promotional campaigns and calendars
  • Identifying new products for incorporation into current categories
  • Conducting industry research to stay ahead of market trends
  • Attending trade fairs, national conferences, and events as required
  • Liaising with both Company and Franchised stores

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous Buying experience in the homewares space
  • Able to understand and learn new systems quickly
  • High attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Reliable time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities
