Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled engineer who wants to work on greenfield projects with real impact. As a senior engineer, you'll lead the development of a robust, secure and user-friendly platform integrating health & wellness, patient management and telehealth functionalities.

This role offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment where engineers rapidly scale and deploy new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Lead the development of a robust, secure and user-friendly platform integrating health & wellness, patient management and telehealth functionalities.
  • Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to define technical solutions and product roadmaps.
  • Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following best practices in software engineering.
  • Develop and optimize APIs for performance, scalability and security.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer.
  • Proven experience as a full-stack software engineer with a strong portfolio of work using Python and AWS.
  • Familiarity with security best practices, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong bias towards testing with experience in implementing unit and integration tests.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Experience in alternative medicine, digital health solutions or highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
