Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint professional to assist in managing and enhancing our SharePoint environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search Optimization: Ensure efficient content discovery and retrieval by optimizing SharePoint search functionalities.
  • Custom Webparts and Advanced Functions: Install, configure and rollout native or 3rd party webparts or advanced functions to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Teams Integration: Integrate, install, configure and manage Teams apps within the SharePoint environment to facilitate collaboration and communication.
  • Process Automation: Design and implement SharePoint forms and flows using Power Automate for process automation, reminders, and notifications.
  • Document Management: Oversee and recommend document management processes, ensuring proper organisation, storage, and retrieval of documents.
  • Visual Data Representation: Embed and manage graphs and calendars within SharePoint to provide visual data representation and sharing of company event details.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SharePoint search, customisation, webparts, SharePoint templates and advanced SharePoint functions such as PnP, PowerShell and JSON. They should also have knowledge of Teams apps, The MS Teams ecosystem and integration/architecture with SharePoint, as well as experience with designing SharePoint forms and automating workflows using Power Automate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and enhancing SharePoint environments.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, as part of a team and travel within the region. They should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide basic instructions and training for end users.
