Gorilla Jobs is an award-winning allied health care centre seeking a skilled Psychologist to fill the role of Lead Therapist and Team Manager. In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional therapy to a diverse range of clients across the lifespan while managing a team of driven Psychologists.

This role offers incredible flexibility with the freedom to choose your working days, hours and location. You will be based out of our state-of-the-art office in Victoria, with access to modern resources and technology.

Your Responsibilities

As Lead Therapist and Team Manager, your duties will include:

  • Managing a team of Psychologists and providing clinical support as needed.
  • Managing a reduced caseload for the psychology team based on leadership responsibilities.
  • Maintaining a caseload of NDIS, Workcover and TAC referrals.
  • Providing exceptional therapy to a diverse range of clients across the lifespan.

Requirements/Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Previous experience managing a team of provisional psychologists.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to adhere to treatment schedules.
