Lead Sales Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the sales team to maximize sales and profit performance, motivating the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards.

  • Motivating the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards by providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback;
  • Collaborating with the Brand Image team to identify opportunities for visual merchandising and delivering on plans;
  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing stock control, BoH processes, and WFM/roster management;
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business. They must have a proven track record in sales, customer service and team leadership, as well as retail management or equivalent experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
