Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Requirements Management: Attend reviews of user stories to ensure requirements are testable and of sufficient functional detail.
  • Agile Methodologies: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Project Monitoring: Track the day-to-day burn-down of activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and take action to remove roadblockers and help the team and client remove obstacles.
  • Business Analysis: Work closely with business analysts to ensure understanding of business requirements that feed the product backlog.
  • Project Planning: Create sprint reports detailing sprint burn-down charts, velocity, release plan, and overall project planning.
  • Team Management: Establish an environment where the team can be effective, address team dynamics, and ensure a good relationship between the team and client.
  • Knowledge Management: Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions, and have knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Resource Management: Experience in resource onboarding, management, and performance evaluation.
  • Support Functions: Assist presales and client onboarding activities.
Requirements
  • Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
