Salary and Benefits

The casual hourly rate for this position is $46.69 + superannuation. We also offer up to $15,900 FBT salary packaging benefits, flexible working arrangements, career pathways and opportunities for development, and an employee assistance program.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of Cert IV qualification recognised under the child safety minimum qualification standards (or willingness to actively study)
  • Certification in Hope and Healing for residential care (ability to obtain)
  • A current P1
