We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee multiple portfolios in Tasmania. The successful candidate will manage technical, supervisory, operational, customer support and reporting roles.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of tradespeople and support staff to ensure timely delivery of mechanical services across the portfolio while maintaining compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Basics of business finance, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
  • Ability to develop, produce, and present reports, submissions, and technical communications
  • Interest and aptitude for technical sales and support within commercial and retail building industries
  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, facility management, or related discipline
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a pleasant phone manner
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databases
  • General all-round business and office skills
  • Strong commitment to safe work practices
  • Willingness to undergo a police background check
