As a dedicated care professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our residents.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality personal care services that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
- Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
Key Requirements:
- A valid certification in Individual Support (CHC33015) or a willingness to obtain.
- Previous experience working in aged care or disability services is highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
About Our Service: We are a community-based residential aged care service committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. Our 70-bed home is fully accredited to Government standards and offers a range of amenities and services to enhance resident comfort and quality of life.
