Graduate Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Graduate Registered Nurse to join our team in Jimboomba. As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Description:

The Graduate Registered Nurse will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the health and well-being of residents, providing dignity, safety, and independence. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing the health and well-being of residents.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Communicating effectively with residents and their representatives about care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
  • Less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Understanding of professional, ethical and legal requirements for Registered Nurses.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of assessments and developing care plans.
  • Ability to communicate complex care plan needs to residents and representatives.
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
