\Job Description

This Administration Assistant role is a critical part of our hub operations. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling therapy sessions, onboarding new participants, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the administration team to ensure efficient task completion and maintain accurate service agreements.

\Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with scheduling or rostering.
  • Administration experience with a customer service and relationship building focus.
  • High degree of skill in managing client databases and practice administration systems.
  • Ability to take personal responsibility for participant satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Possitive contributor to a team environment.

Please note that experience working in the NDIS/disability sector is desirable but not essential. Prior to commencement, you will need to obtain a Working With Children's Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
