We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
This includes assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as providing emotional support and companionship to enhance their overall quality of life.
You will work collaboratively with our Enrolled & Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional clinical and personal care, ensuring that each resident receives the individualized attention they deserve.
About the Role- Providing person-centred care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Medication Assist Competency (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility with availability of days and shift times
