As a Financial Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing system administration services, end-user support, and maintenance of the Financial Management Information System (FMIS).

About the Role:

  • Assist with system administration services utilizing the FMIS
  • Provide Technology One end-user support, maintenance, and monitoring services
  • Manage user access policies and requests across multiple agencies
  • Coordinate activities to maintain system currency and ensure upgrades/releases are tested and deployed in a planned and timely manner
  • Identify and promote opportunities to drive business process efficiency improvements and risk reduction
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop Technology One, including new modules, interfacing with other systems, dashboards, import functionality, and automated workflow processes

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong FMIS knowledge of Technology One in an APS setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in making systems work for users
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team and interact with diverse stakeholders
