Event Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Producer to join our dynamic Production team at Seeker Agency. As the lead Producer, you will manage a portfolio of clients across major events, corporate events, and brand activations.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end event production management, driving all aspects forward from pre-production to live event through to post-production deliverables. This includes cultivating strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
You will also develop and manage project budgets with precision and foresight, ensuring margins are met. Additionally, you will prepare and manage internal and external documentation such as play books, schedules, briefing documents, budget management, meeting agendas, presentation decks, and project updates.
- Operate as the lead Producer for all matters relating to key accounts and events
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
- Develop and manage project budgets with precision and foresight, ensuring margins are met
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in event operations, logistics, and project management. You must be self-motivated and proactive, with exceptional interpersonal, organisational, communication, and customer service skills to navigate diverse stakeholder relationships.
A strategic mindset with an ability to manage budgets and financials, including forecasting and reporting, is essential. You should have an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
