Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure community safety by effectively interviewing individuals, identifying potential risks, and responding promptly with appropriate risk management strategies
  • Lead efforts to rehabilitate and reintegrate individuals under community supervision
  • Support public safety by ensuring compliance with the conditions of community-based orders
  • Deliver evidence-based case management, develop tailored supervision plans, and guide individuals on their journey toward a crime-free future
  • Manage complexity and pace by effectively multi-tasking in a dynamic operating environment
  • Apply policy and procedural frameworks to day-to-day offender management practices with accuracy and sound judgment

To be successful in this role, you must hold a bachelor's degree in a field related to human services or criminology, such as Law, Justice, Humanities, Psychology, Social Sciences, Behavioural Science, Social Welfare, Health, Education, Business or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies. Additionally, you must hold a current C class driver's licence and possess the right to live and work in Australia.
